What if I fail? What if my business fails? We want to tackle the biggest fear of any upcoming entrepreneur and startuper: failure!

The discussion in the podcast analyses what happens when you fail as en entrepreneur. Education has mostly taught us that failure was bad. A bad grade at school was generally frowned upon by our educators and parents. It was only the good ones that bring praise.

We need to switch our point of view when it comes to failure. We have to rethink the way we consider failure. And the first question to ask when we fail is: why did we fail? The second being: what can we learn?

If for Apollo, failure was not an option, and we can understand the reasons Gene Kranz, the flight director, instructed his team about this. For a startup, and even any organization, failure will happen. It’s a given! It will be learning season. It is said we learn more from our failures than from our successes. Listen why!

And if you want to learn more about others’ failures, a great source is the Fuckup nights website and events.
