In the previous two episodes we walked you through the launch of an idea and the concept of MVP. This episode focuses on what I may consider the most important aspect of any startup : your target customers. You may have the best idea of the world, the smartest service or the brightest product, if you have no customer, you have nothing but an empty shell. But although we could speak hours about customer engagement, and I know we will, one of the key questions about customer is how to define target customers.

So today, we will deep dive into this crucial topic for any wannabe entrepreneur and creator, particularly on a vast continent like Africa, with dozens of countries, hundreds of dialects and a billion people. Who shall be your target audience?
